Step 01: Inquire

Whether you think you need a custom order or one of our ready-made packages, fill out an inquiry form and we’ll respond within 48 hours (seriously, bug us again if we don’t because this is our policy). You’ll receive a quick questionnaire. We welcome a link to your Pinterest board or inspiration pics.

Step 02: Review Your Proposal

You’ll receive a detailed proposal with pricing, descriptions and images. Review this proposal and then communicate in your private client portal about updates and changes. We don’t require a phone call until you request one!

Step 03: Consider Additional Services

Do you want to add on design services, rentals, printables or event planning? You can request this in your initial inquiry or add it on during the proposal process.

Step 04: Book and Relax

Once you’re signed, your date is locked in! Custom order clients will receive floral design calls. All floral clients will be able to finalize order amounts closer to the wedding date, so you don’t need to stress about knowing exactly how many centerpieces you need.
